Assalamualaikum and hi semua semua dan semua :)
Harini amani nak share sikit. Mana kita nak cari sumber kewangan if anything happen to us. Andai kata diri anda, diri kita ditimpa musibah. Dari mana sumber kewangan yg hrus kita cari?

Hmm. Dari kita kecil ibu bapa kerja keras untuk kita takkan sampai kita dh tua masih nak membebankan mereka? Suami atau isteri? Bagaimana dgn sumber kewangan keluarga akan dtg? Saudara? Berapa kerat sgt saudara2 tu nak menolong utk bantu? Last choice merayu masuk news paper? Hmmm anda fikir kalau mampu utk atasi smua permasalahan ini hanya dengan medical card kenapa tidak kita pilih pilihan yg sedia ada? Fikir masa depan,long term bukan short term. Diet in healthy way? Here the tips

Assalamualaikum and Hi,
I might not be the best slim lady out there but I am here to share a little bit of tips.

Well, you have committed to a healthier lifestyle, opting to increase your veggie intake, decrease your sugar intake, drink more water and showing up at the gym to push some weight around or whatever your pleasure is there. (me? I only do my exercise at home ngehngehngeh)
You feel like you are doing everything “RIGHT”. Why then, in the face of all of this healthiness, have your bowels ground to a halt?

Constipation, gas and bloating are among the most common gastrointestinal complaints for many people transitioning their nutrition or exercise routines. Though common, they are hardly desirable and can leave one scratching their head in wonder. HMMM. After all, you are making better choices, right? (still wondering)

Do you ever heard microbiome and your second brain? Apa amani merepek ni gila. HAHA. This is what the doctor said to me. Its all bout your microbiome and second brain and I was like “What the teeeet is that”? Let us talk about microbiome. Microbiome is responsible for hundreds eh thousands of functions. They help us break down a variety of food compounds and fibers. They humanize nutrients we have consumed from plants, they have an impact on our relative leanness and fatness, the help to promote or dampen production of feel-good hormones, they talk to and coach the immune system and they communicate with enteric nervous system (ENS) "correct me if I was wrong with the name,penat jot down" which reffered to as the Second Brain. BLABLABLA but this is what he told and explain to us, as Medical Plan Advisor I should keep this in mind. Trust me this blablabla things is hurting my mind but helpful HAHA.

The reason things can slow down, get gaseous, or get uncomfortable in the gut when we make dietary or lifestyle changes essentially lies both in the microbiome and second brain

There are a number of things that you can do to help your microbiome and second brain acclimate to these changes:

1.       Sit down when you eat: we are all guilty of chugging a protein shake while running out the door or eating something over the kitchen sink, but truth is, it is more soothing for your second brain and balancing for gut motility to be relaxed when you eat. 

2.       Chew your food well: put your fork down between bites and chew that food until it is a soft paste. Chewing well puts less pressure on the stomach to break down food, less biochemical pressure on your digestive enzymes, acid and bile to break down the food biochemically, and, when food is better-blended, it is less fermentable by the bacteria in the colon, leading to less by products of fermentation. 

3.       If you are increasing fiber consumption, through veggies or supplements or whatever, you must increase water too: Adding fiber to a dry or dehydrated system will slow you down even more. For every additional gram of fiber you consume, aim for an additional ounce of water. Your pee should be a pale, clear yellow.

4.    Balance hard exercise with restorative movement: like the types of food you eat, the different ways you move your body will impact the gut flora. Movements should be varied and balanced. Just as it’s not ideal to couch surf 24/7, it’s no good to only go hard at the gym. Leisure walking, restorative yoga, tai chi and other forms of gentle movement should be incorporated to make your gut flora and second brain happy both.

‘Mencari yang Halal itu Fardhu’

why and why and why you dont need Takaful

Assalamualaikum semua :)
Ok kali ni amani nk cerita simple je. Why on earth korang korang semua kata Takaful ni membazir. Well oh well anda semua tak perlu nak ambil takaful jika :
1. Duit dalam simpanan anda terlalu banyak. Billionare gitu. Cukup untuk anak bini anda hidup sekurang-kurangnya 1 tahun dan lebih apabila anda tidak boleh bekerja atau meninggal.
2. Anda memang ‘Sport Person’. Mengamalkan gaya hidup sihat which is 3 times a week exercise, makan pun makanan tanpa lemak dan minyak. Tak smoke, duduk di kalangan orang-orang yang tak smoke, tak minum ari manis dan minum air mineral sekurang-kurangnya 2 liter sehari. Oh my satu dalam seribua orang cengini.
3. Transport yang uols drive to ke sana sini merupakan kenderaan jenis kebal. Accident pun tak lut, tak kemek so anda selamat. Oh atau anda memang pemandu terlatih.
4. Anda orang MLM, di mana jual product yang superb : yang merokok product tu boleh neutralkan, yang tua boleh jadi muda, yang kendur jadi tengang and etc.
5. Anda belajar ilmu tertentu seperti ilmu kebal yang tak akan meninggal bila jadi apa apa.
6. Anda anak orang jutawan, harta parents tak akan habis sampai 7 ke 10 keturunan.
7. Anda masih muda dan takkan tua. Awet muda sebab kerja makan product awet muda dan suntik collagen nak putih nak hilang kedut semua. Tapi ni macam ada percentage akan sakit juga haha.
8. Company cover seumur hidup sakit anda dan anak isteri atau suami anda dan juga sara diri. Apa-apa jadi pada anda gaji masih dibayar seperti biasa kepada anak isteri atau suami anda. Hmm kalau ada company macam ni amani nak submit resume tau.
Dah la ckup la kata simple je kan. Ok sesiapa yang rasa bukan ciri ciri di atas and nk apply boleh la roger roger. Ala apa adahal RM5 sehari je pun.

new job

Assalamualaikum. Hi!

Its been a while. I know. *shush shush shush*. Ive been busy this few months.
Work. Business and so on.

Few weeks ago, Ive started something. Its called 'islamic financial planner'. Ok cliche.
Straight to the point, previously I'm joining the AIA takaful team but now am transfering to another company which is Takaful Ikhlas. 100% owned by a muslim. Lots of benefits actually.

Something funny happened today actually. You know la kan I am the type of person like joining something but never open to my officemates or groups and so on. Diam diam saja. So its like funny when someone introduce you about takaful witout knowing u were one of them cuma lain company and you were like "oh yeke oh yeke". Kinda fake but at the end of it I still admit that I am from takaful itself. I'm sorry its not that I am not confident with others takaful but I guess Takaful Ikhlas is the best rather than others :)

The untold story

Here is some of my untold story hoping it will answer all the question.
Why do I choose Muslim instead of other religion? First of all, I did not suddenly decide to be a
Muslim. No I never think of that previously and I did not wake up and suddenly feel wanted to recite the 2kalimah syahadah which proclaim a person to be a Muslim.
No I did not at all. I did not have any cert of Muslim or an ustazah to explain about the truth in Islam.
Not at all. I did not have any experience of that yet this is my personal journey.

People keep asking me the same questions everyday when they meet the new me. Sometimes I do tell them but sometimes I rather keep silence and just smile. The interest of it came after a long time. Well, my bestfriend is Muslim and
yes I grow up surrounded by Muslim friends. But still I do not have any interest of being Muslim at that time. But one I remember, I have been punished from not going to church everytime I came to school early. Yeah, I’m a convent girl where my school is right next to the church. I have been running away that time and because of that incident I have been punished and ashamed. Oh why do I feel that kind of way. My father was a religious man. I mean RELIGIOUS. 

Then I asked my girl “why do you perform solat”. “If you don’t perform a day, will your parents mad at you”. She answered me “christy (my previous name) you know what, solat is like a time you will be chating with God, your own secret and only He knows it. There are no paksaan in it. Yes of course my parents would mad at me if I skip it but the way they mad is by advicing you, why and wat happen if you’re not solat”. And again i saw the beauty of Muslim family. Is not that I’m saying my religion isnt beauty at all but I feel something missing in it. By then, I try to google about ‘Muslim’.

I keep the dream of convert to Muslim silently. Perhaps I was not ready that time or perhaps it was  not the right time. So then I get job in Malacca and met a guy who is Muslim. I met his family which is still be my family till now. From there I keep on learning. Until one day, I saw they perform 
together their solat and my mom text me, saying she had dream of me using telekung and I’ve cried. IndeedBy the way, that man isnt my bakal zauj or so on, just a friend and yes I have not married yet. So then, they help me into my new journey of becoming Mualaf and alhamdulillah I manage to recite dua kalimah syahadah smoothly. I do feel palpitation to tell my family about this but I know I still have to tell them.

For the first time, my family abandoned me because of my decision of choosing Muslim. For the first time my dad cried because of my decision. It took about a year for them to accept the new me. Alhamdulillah now everything is getting smooth. My dear mualaf, all you have to do is to be patient and insyaAllah by end of the day Allah will grant you something.
